Tomori is an AI-powered care companion developed by Re-MENTIA to assist people with dementia — particularly those experiencing behavioral and psychological symptoms (BPSD) such as wandering and confusion. Built on LLM-based dialogue agents, it provides personalized responses and support through voice interaction. The platform also connects families through LINE, sharing updates and enabling remote monitoring.
